Christian Brothers Automotive Beaumont

No ma'am, all I needed was a new alternator put on WHICH MY WARRANTY COVERS. I get up there they tell me their not doing it unless they add on a new belt and tensioner and some other shyte? All I asked you to do was call the claim number and have them compensate you to put on a new alternator THATS IT, NOTHING MORE! These fools racking up unnecessary charges left and right, if there's an issue with the belt/tensioner ill deal with it later..If the belt was in such horrible condition it would have been broke. And why are you charging me 200 bucks for a diagnostic when I already told you what I needed done, if I needed that I would've asked for that I dont care if it is your policy. First it was 175 then they slapped on a extra 25 bucks ..it was nice knowing you but never again 😆

I highly suggest anyone who needs automotive work done or just a oil change to give Christian Brothers a call. I mean the staff is so professional and courteous and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the waiting room is so comfortable you might just go to sleep. But I felt like I was right at home. Quick service and very clean.

This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive in Beaumont and it won't be the last. Everything from checking in to pickup went smoothly. The courtesy shuttle driver, Tim, was professional yet welcoming. The gentleman who was with us when I was being dropped off at work in the morning, spoke glowingly about service, as he currently has a few vehicles he gets serviced there. I was impressed that they recognized me by last name upon pick up of my vehicle after service was complete.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and while I was there I asked for new windshield wipers. The oil change and rotation seevice went just fine, but I was surprised by having to pay $70 apiece for the windshield wipers. I think a heads-up that the wipers were going to cost so much would have helped me make the decision to go elsewhere. $150 for wipers... Update: Rec'd a call and they agreed the wiper issue should not have happened. Even provided an excellent way forward. Nice customer service! Well done.
